I attached another person on the left.  Her name is Robyn and she is also on the Unity Stamp Co DT with me. Her blog is one that I enjoy visiting.  She has this map thing at the side of her blog.  I have tried so many times to add one.  There is just this inabilty for me to add anythig other than the links on the left.  One day I managed to add msuic and it vanished one day.  I swear I did not change a thing.  It just up and disappeared.

My friend Laura made me a blinky to use as a link to my blog.  That was the week I started my blog and for the life of my I cannot get it to work.  I know it does and it should because she is very talented in the computer department.  One day I will learn how to do all of those simple things.  I am sure to have some time when Maxx starts school this fall.  So until then I will do what I can.

2 in one May 18, 2008

I hosted 2 parties in one day.  Yes, I am crazy I will fully admit it.  I could not figure out another way.  My dear friend Chris is having a baby.  So a shower is a must to welcome a new bundle of joy.  Plus MAxx is a Christmas Eve baby and I do not want his special day over-shadowed by the holidays.  Because of this we choose to do a half birthday.  We are only in town 2 weeks and this was the day that worked for everyone so we did both of these in one day.  Yikes.  Carla helped me with the shower and Gary did his fatherly duties for the birthday party.  We all survived.  Now to clean up. 

Unity Stamp Co. added a new member and I have added her blog.  She has some really fun cards on her blog.  Also Unity has about a dozen new releases.  Yet another reason why I cannot WAIT to get back to a normal life.   I need my creative time and right now I am not getting it.  I have 2 projects do for Pazzles and I need to find the time.

We head to the GI DR at Cincinnati Children’s in the morning.  I cannot remember how many months we have been waiting to see this DR.  I hope we are not in the waiting room forever. 

Gypsies May 17, 2008

Home at last.  Well, Cincinnati home that is.  I think I made a post about being in limbo before.  Well were are doing the limbo for the next two weeks.  We are home for one week then we start packing.  June 1st Maxx and I will fly to or new home and gary will drive down with the dog the day before.  Not quite sure where we will stay that night but we are getting pretty good at playing it by ear.  The whole moving situation is helping Maxx learn to be flexible and it is helping me work on my patience.  yes, I said patience.  I know sometimes I can be a very demanding person so with everything going on I too am learning.  I try to think of this as one big adventure. 

 Tommorrow we are celebrating Maxx 5.5.  His birthday is Christmas Eve.  We have yet to celebrate it any where near December.  It will be good to celebrate it with family and friends.

Headed home May 13, 2008

Maxx and I fly out in the morning.  We have one layover in the Charlotte airport and then we land in Dayton.  I figure by the time all is said and done we will be home for dinner.  I cannot wait to be home, sleep in my own bed and catch up with everyone.

Also I saw a post today that said FRAGGLE ROCK will be coming to the big screen.

Enjoy your day.  We all know we have earned it.  The beach was in our plans today but there is a mini monsoon happening.  It is a good thing because Wilmington has been under water restrictions and the plants can really use it.

Speed Racer might be in the plans.  If that happens I know I am going to be walking around singing Go SPeed Racer, go speed racer, Go speed racer GO!

I have not had time for creating anything new so I will upload some things from a few months ago.

I don’t know why my posts from yesterday did not show up.  I also had to load these seperately.  This is the house we will be moving into June 1st.  It is not the house I thought we would purchase.  I do like the house it is just a different achitectural style than I had in my mind.  The house has everything we need and then some.  It has 3.5 baths and there are only 3 of us.  There is a bedroom with an attached bath and a walk-in closet on the second floor that I wil be using as my creative space.  It makes me giddy to think that I will be able to walk into the bathroom and clean out brushes so easily.  In my old house I had to walk a flight of stairs and go to the other end of the house.  THis will make it so much easier.  Once we get inside again I will take more pictures and post.

Internet, computer and camera.  If these 3 things would work together my life would be a whole lot easier.  It would also help if I did not lose the cords to connect these things together.  My internet here in the condo is not reliable.  I have to re-connnect, if I can connect at all every 5 minutes or so.  Then to top it off I have assignements due that I have to send photo’s of before I ship out.  Why do things only go missing when you need them?  Kind of like the special shoes that go with a dress or judt the right purse?  They were there the other day yet when you go looking for them they have disappeared leaving no evidence of there existance.  There are only 3 rooms in this place and one closet.  It is not like the cord could have gone very far. If you know where my cord to my camera is please tell me.  I do not want to buy another one.  With all of that said I would post pictures but I am unable to at this time.

Finally May 3, 2008

I think we have a house.  We need to have it inspected this coming week.  I do not forsee any problems.  The builder seems reputable and it looks pretty good too.  It is across the street from the elementary school so there will not be far to go for Maxx and it is about a mile from the highway so it will be an easy drive for Gary.  I will post pictures as soon as I get them.  Things are really coming together down here. 

June first will be the big day if all goes well.  Thoughts of unpacking are exciting.  I have pictured in my mind where all the furniture will go and how I want my craft room set up.  The closet is pretty big.  I know some tupe of shelving will be needed to my stuff.  I was very lucky in our last house.  The small bedroom I used was a former walk-in closet.  The room was 10×10 and Maida the former owner had shelving built all around the room and in the closet.
