A bit late

I know it has been a long time since Easter.  I finally found where I uploaded the pictures.  Maxx really wanted to dip peeps in chocolate and serve them as dessert.  He saw this on a cooking show.  Peeps only are not a dessert.  So I thought we would add them to the top of cupcakes and the picture is the final result.  I was actually impressed with how well they turned out.  I do pies and cookies, cakes are are not really my thing.

Being down here in Wilmington I canot manage to find the time to create.  I am really missing our house and being able to start a project and come back to it hours or even days later and in the same position I left it in.  Here my work space is also our dining space.  SO I must start and stop each project.  It makes me really greatful to have the space at home and it also makes me realize what is important in the next house.  We are going house hunting again today.  It looks like there are a few new ones that look good online.
