Finally

I think we have a house.  We need to have it inspected this coming week.  I do not forsee any problems.  The builder seems reputable and it looks pretty good too.  It is across the street from the elementary school so there will not be far to go for Maxx and it is about a mile from the highway so it will be an easy drive for Gary.  I will post pictures as soon as I get them.  Things are really coming together down here.

June first will be the big day if all goes well.  Thoughts of unpacking are exciting.  I have pictured in my mind where all the furniture will go and how I want my craft room set up.  The closet is pretty big.  I know some tupe of shelving will be needed to my stuff.  I was very lucky in our last house.  The small bedroom I used was a former walk-in closet.  The room was 10×10 and Maida the former owner had shelving built all around the room and in the closet.

Congrats to Angela and Chris at Unity.  They went live at Split Coast Stampers and started shipping product on the first.  If you have never checked them out I have a link to the side.

My website http://365daysofcrafts.com Bio- Growing up in a small mid-western town, Niki Meiners was surrounded by a modest, resourceful and very entrepreneurial family. Her simple upbringing spurred her "Can do" attitude and gave her the confidence to try any challenge placed before her. She knew there was more out there than just her small town and set off after high school to explore the world. It was through these travels that she discovered her love of art and her desire to make the world a prettier place. It was not until she suffered a paralyzing illness that she realized she wanted to reconsider her corporate career as a Chief Paper Pusher, and her thoughts immediately turned to her first passion, art. In 2003 she began an odyssey that would take her from product design to publication and everywhere in between. She is known for her distinctive, high quality creations that feature a diverse mix of styles and highly creative approach to even the smallest detail.
