It is getting close to that time a year again. I love seeing the online sneekpeaks. It is so fun to see what is in the pipleine for our shopping pleasure. The anticipation that builds with each companies new release is wonderful. I wish everyone could experience the excitement that is opening day at CHA. There is buzz in the air. Little sparks of electricity floating all around. I leave the show extremely worn out from overcharged creativity. It is truly sensory overload. As a Freelance Designer I get to work with many of the new products. A tiny drop in the bucket of SKU’s released at each show. Yet I feel lucky to have the opportunity to work in advance with the product. One aspect of what I do is Project Design. I take the new products and make samples for the manufactures to place on display in their booth. Above you can see a card that was made with releases from Winter CHA from Hampton Arts. I hope in the next week to show what I will have on display at CHA and if I have time I will post some pictures from the consumer show.
