Sizzix Blog Hop – Business Card Holder

Today I am participating in a blog hop.  A super sweet Designer friend of mine has created a die cuts for Sizzix.  The die cuts are pretty cool since they cut really thick material.  I am using the business card holder as a mini-purse and I am including a gift card for my niece.  I think it will make the gift card extra special.  What girl does not like a cute little purse? I add glimmer to this by spraying Smooch Spritz to the black matte board.  I applied a Design Adhesive from Clearsnap and embossed it with Frost.   I added Rhinestones from Prima for that extra sparkle.

There are a other participants.  Check out their blogs too.  I know I will.

Her simple upbringing spurred her "Can do" attitude and gave her the confidence to try any challenge placed before her. She knew there was more out there than just her small town and set off after high school to explore the world. It was through these travels that she discovered her love of art and her desire to make the world a prettier place. It was not until she suffered a paralyzing illness that she realized she wanted to reconsider her corporate career as a Chief Paper Pusher, and her thoughts immediately turned to her first passion, art. In 2003 she began an odyssey that would take her from product design to publication and everywhere in between. She is known for her distinctive, high quality creations that feature a diverse mix of styles and highly creative approach to even the smallest detail. Niki, The pink and brown combined with your design is really beautiful. Love the swirls…you know I’m a swirly girl! (that’s SWIRLY, not SQUIRRELY)
