Old Barns – Americana

We drove to Ohio last week to introduce Gigi to our family back in Ohio.  It was a wonderful time of year for a trip.  The leaves were changing on the way up and on the way back.  Now that we are in the south we really only have two seasons – not summer and man it is really hot.  We take the back roads on our way home and I have always wanted to capture some of the old barns and bridges we pass.  We this time I was lucky enough to get a few.  I missed the rusty bridge.  But that is okay.  It gives me an excuse for another trip and another stop.  But here is the photo pf one of my favorite road side barns.  A bit of Americana if you will. Don’t you just love every bit about it? Imagine All the stories it has to tell.  I also love the red work truck in the bottom right side.  She has seen her glory days as have we all.
