Upclose of glaze on letters

Karen Burniston has done it again.  Her engineering genius never ceases to amaze me.  I wish my brain worked like hers but, alas it does not.  Therefore, I will enjoy her magnificent designs in my crafting.  The die we are showcasing today is  565740 I used DCWV paper and it is colored with a white core.  It has a wonderful texture and with a light sanding you can create a lovely distressed look.  If you look closely on the last picture you can see the awesome dimension the Paper Glaze creates when layered on top of cardstock.  To continue viewing the rest of the blog hop you can either click on the link to the right.  Go forward, backward or start in a random spot with the home page at the Sizzix blog.

I used:

Her simple upbringing spurred her "Can do" attitude and gave her the confidence to try any challenge placed before her. She knew there was more out there than just her small town and set off after high school to explore the world. It was through these travels that she discovered her love of art and her desire to make the world a prettier place. It was not until she suffered a paralyzing illness that she realized she wanted to reconsider her corporate career as a Chief Paper Pusher, and her thoughts immediately turned to her first passion, art. In 2003 she began an odyssey that would take her from product design to publication and everywhere in between. She is known for her distinctive, high quality creations that feature a diverse mix of styles and highly creative approach to even the smallest detail.
